• We’re excited to welcome Steakhouse MetaMorpho vaults to onchain governance! Steakhouse vaults have accumulated over $30M by enabling access to blue chip crypto or RWA collateral. By moving their Guardian roles to Aragon DAOs, Steakhouse has moved to a fully onchain and trustless setup, giving Morpho depositors control over their vaults via veto rights. • Team Staking starts now! At the team offsite this week, we received our hardware from Dappnode and had an in-person workshop from Pol Lanski. Next, we’ll set up our teams. Then we’ll be ready to help secure Ethereum!

• This week, the Aragon team gathered in Catalonia for a week of in-person work, strategy, and alignment. We brought on seven new team members in the last quarter, so this offsite was full of fresh perspectives.

Welcoming Steakhouse Metamorpho vaults to onchain governance

We’re excited to welcome Steakhouse MetaMorpho vaults to onchain governance! Steakhouse vaults have accumulated over $30M by enabling access to blue chip crypto or RWA collateral. They are our industry’s top DAO finance leader, working with Maker DAO, Lido, Morpho, and others.

By moving their Guardian roles to Aragon DAOs, Steakhouse has moved to a fully onchain and trustless setup, giving Morpho depositors control over their vaults via veto rights.

They are now the most secure and trustless vaults on Morpho, with the fastest time to activate guardians, the longest timelock, no trusted intermediaries, one UI for governance, and fully transparent actions.

We have already begun working with Steakhouse on a future solution that will be more custom and fine-tuned for their depositor needs. We’re also available to help other curators transition to match Steakhouse’s best-in-class seven day timelock and guardian setup.

Finally, we will put our money where our mouth is and Aragon X will be adding Steakhouse’s vaults into our own financial strategy to increase our returns and dogfood our own products. Deep incentive alignment is a guiding principle we value and will continue to foster.

We received our node hardware from Dappnode and had an in-person workshop from Pol Lanski, founder of Dappnode. We learned how to set up the hardware and became familiar with security and privacy considerations. We can’t wait to start securing Ethereum!
